Warm edge spacers are core energy-saving parts for insulated windows, cutting heat transfer and preventing edge condensation. Exposed to extreme temperature shifts, UV rays and moisture outdoors, plus sustained glass weight pressure, they demand substrates with exceptional rigidity, heat resistance, dimensional stability, impact and weather resistance. Today we introduce our tailor-made glass fiber reinforced PP for warm edge spacers.

Traditional aluminum spacers create thermal bridges with high heat conductivity; neat PP lacks stiffness and warps under high heat. Our glass fiber reinforced PP solves these issues and is now the mainstream material for passive house & system window warm edge strips.
